Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £35000 – £41000/annum

Sous chef required for a Restaurant in the business area of London, Monday to Friday, Lunch time focused with only 2-3 Dinner shifts a week, 39 hour week contract, kitchen closes at 9pm each night. Team of 4 in the kitchen.

The role
As sous chef you will be hands on supporting the head chef and running a section in the kitchen. They do have a number of pasta dishes on the menu, as well as other dishes. This is a hands on role, running a section as well as supporting the head chef. This role will cover all the normal duties of a sous chef.

Expeirence
We are looking for a Sous chef who is from a fresh food background, can cope with a busy lunchtime focused operation and is hands on.
