Stables Assembly Team Leader

Job Description:
As a Stable Assembly Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely completion of stable assembly projects. Our ideal candidates are dynamic team leaders who can lead by example and are willing to embrace the flexible nature of our work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 2-5+ workers in the assembly and maintenance of stables.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Pack a bag for potential week-long assignments, understanding that work locations and durations may vary.
Travel to project sites in our busiest areas – Ireland, Inverness, Cornwall, and Kent.
Collect vans/trailers from our base in Corwen.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Embrace seasonal variations in workload, with busier periods from May to September and reduced travel during winter months.
Requirements:
Previous team leadership experience, ideally in a similar field.
A full, clean driving license; we may consider applicants with up to 3 points.
Willingness to work away from home and adapt to flexible schedules.
Strong character and the ability to fit into our team's dynamic.
Farmers' sons have historically excelled in this role.
Specific skills related to the job, including familiarity with trucks and equipment, can be taught.
