We have an amazing opportunity for a Student Support Administrator to work for one of the country's leading training providers as part of Her Majesty's Prison Service. Student Support Administrators provide support to our client's learners and prison teaching staff. You are responsible for a learner’s induction into the education provision and the promotion of courses to potential learners across the prison establishment. Student Support Administrators also get involved with the recruitment of learners for courses and maintaining accurate records of achievement linked to initial assessment.
You will need:
* To be confident in using a diverse range of resources and communication skills and be confident and professional when interacting with disadvantaged groups.
* A good level of IT competence.
* IAG qualification(or willingness to work towards)
* Be able to promote an effective and inclusive learning environment.
