At Roadchef, we operate a number of well known brands within our 30 roadside locations including McDonald’s, Costa, LEON, Spar, WHSmith and Days Inn along with our own in-house restaurant.
Sue, our Site Director at Chester Motorway Service Area on M56 is looking for Supervisors (LEON call Shifty) to join her team to help with our brand new LEON opening in November. As a Shifty in LEON you will support the team to deliver the very best products and customer service at all times. Leading the shift you will be instrumental in delivering key operational targets and ensuring all elements of brand and legislative compliance are met.
Your role will also include supporting the training, coaching and motivating of employees to help them develop their skills and work successfully together as a team.
You will need to have had experience in leading a team in a busy environment, and it would be amazing, though not essential, if you’ve had experience working in hospitality.

You will receive an hourly rate of £10.46 and your working hours will be full time working a selection of shifts.
