Oasis Personnel are currently looking to expand our team of supervisors, we are looking for staff who are passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service and who can confidently oversee a team of staff. You will get the opportunity to work at a variety of events such as Racecourses, Concerts, Arenas, Weddings, Conference centres, and Private Functions.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and that customers get the best service possible. In return you will have the opportunity to progress your career with us as we reward and recognise employees who go above and beyond.
This is a great opportunity as it is a zero hour contract meaning you can pick your own hours and gain experience working in a busy environment while also earning some extra money.
Salary: From £15.20
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
Supervising our teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
Representing Oasis Personnel and maintaining a positive brand image
Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Ideal candidates will:
Have experience managing teams in a similar atmosphere
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Have a can do attitude
Can work in a fast paced environment
Be flexible with working hours
Be well mannered
