Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
Our client has been a leader in the sourcing, production, and distribution of fresh produce for over 40 years, supplying some of the UK’s top retailers. Their success is built on their people, and we are now looking for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team in Kent.
The Role:
As a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our supply chain operations. You will assist the Procurement Managers and coordinate with various teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Procurement Managers with all aspects of the supply chain
Coordinate customer order amendments with Account Managers
Liaise with category suppliers to facilitate cover requests
Produce and maintain service level KPIs and trackers
Administer new customers/products in our ERP system
Manage supplier load plans and confirm grower volumes
Set up Purchase Orders and process sales/work orders
Coordinate stock availability across packing sites
Manage customer crate stock and hire processes
Process invoices and maintain master arrival data
What We’re Looking For:
FMCG supply chain experience within Food or Produce
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience with Prophet ERP (beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
