Main Duty:
The supporting team is a mix of professionally trained and in house trained staff who are capable but will need certain training – for example we don’t have a pastry chef but someone with an aptitude and passion who also operates the grill.
All the other prerequisites of a sous chef position remain such as ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, record keeping, cost management, staff staining, outside catering and promotional and marketing events and shows/media.
We do have some professional, very experienced and highly skilled individual chefs.
We are nationally recognized as being one of the top 10 Japanese restaurants in the UK by the Sunday Times and regularly feature in the national press and media.
