An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Administrator to join our fantastic Central Office team based at our head office in Woking. Due to the nature of the role this position is office-based Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm.
We are offering a salary of £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to work in a fast-paced environment providing pivotal support to the business. Working closely with the office team, you will assist our site managers across Cucina, Innovate and IFG Independent.
What the Role Involves:
* Being first point of contact by phone and email for unit managers on all aspects of weekly bookwork
* Ensuring suppliers and their products are well maintained in our database, investigating and resolving issues as and when they occur
* Updating and maintenance of various POS systems
* Liaising with POS providers to resolve any issues that may arise
* Supporting unit managers when import of data to systems fail
* Identifying frequent fail points and exploring solutions
* Extracting and studying data from various systems to help drive projects forward
* Assisting with maintenance of our online meal ordering platform, including upload and adjustment to menus
* Working with the central office team in supporting where needed
What we are looking for…
* Minimum of 2 years experience working with Various systems in a busy environment
* Knowledge of FDH Saffron system and experience with POS providers would be advantageous
* Have great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
* Robust data and systems knowledge
* Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel with great analytical thinking
* Strong focus on customer service and providing support and assistance in a timely manner
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team player who is reliable, motivated and flexible
* A positive outlook with a great can-do attitude, quick to learn new skills
