We solely focus on London, attracting and retaining quality staff so that we can make a real difference to pupils in our partner schools. We proactively recruit for all school-based positions, prioritising staff with education-based experience, from leadership to qualified teachers and all types of school support staff.
We have recently moved to brand new offices in Tower 42, in the heart of the City! We are expanding our resource team and are looking a permanent member of staff to join our team of recruitment advisors. As an Education Recruitment Advisor you will combine practical work experience with numerous opportunities to increase your skill set with internal training. We are looking for someone to join our team and grow & develop with the company as it continues to expand.
The main objective of this role is to provide:
* CV Sourcing
* Provide appropriate, consistent answers to general queries from the business, escalating more complicated issues as necessary
* Candidate relationship development
* Working closely with our recruitment consultants to respond to the demands of the company in a timely fashion.
* Face to face registrations and telephone interviews
* Compliance and safeguarding checks
* Administrative business support
* Advert writing and posting
* Vacancy matching
* Providing excellent customer service
* Market leading customer service, whilst ensuring compliance for educators to check the qualifications, skills and experience required to meet the demand of our partner schools
* Performing daily duties associated with the Vision Teaching internal compliance controls, to ensure ongoing compliance with the both the companies and APSCO rules
* Identify, investigate and report on findings, errors and breaches of internal compliance
* Keep up to date with relevant changes in regulation and business processes
* Ensure that you are following the companies compliance procedures and that all candidates that go out to work are fully compliant
* Generating and issuing contracts
* Responding to reference requests
* Weekly compliance checks on existing "cleared" candidates
* Generating and sending out ID cards
Upon starting at Vision Teaching, you will have a 1:1 training from a member of our friendly resource team to help support you throughout your first few weeks within the company.
