Teaching Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £80 – £100/day
Active Sen are looking for a teaching assistant to be working with students with ASD
This is one of the top provisions for students who suffer from ASD, it has built a brilliant reputation for itself and has a bright future for tier students.
The provision offer very good support and help their staff and students in the best way they can and strive to give the students as they can. This is why we are looking for someone who will stay constant with the students and curriculum.
The role as a teaching assistant:
* Support the students in the class
* Help the teacher within the classroom
* To be a role model to the students
* Help build the students self – esteem and confidence
* Support the students socially and emotionally
What you will need for this role:
* A DBS that is online
* Experience with ASD
* Experience with positive engagement
* Experience working with sen
* Any other sen certificates will be an advantage
This role will be full time and on going Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
