Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60 – £80/week

The Role
As part of the team you will be expected too;
Work across whole key stages and be assigned to different classes on a weekly basis.
Work in a mentoring capacity with pupils to complete literacy and numeracy tasks
Engage with pupils in the classroom to encourage learning and participation.
Manage behaviour effectively and diffuse situations that may put pupils at risk.
Be a role model who will guide pupils to a positive outcome.
The person
To be considered for this role applicants must demonstrate;
A fun, adaptable and ‘down to earth’ personality
Passion and commitment to work with pupils who have barriers to learning
Excellent Maths, English and IT skills
A willingness to be an effective team member who will be actively involved in all areas of the school.
