Team Administrator
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £18.46/hour
A Housing Association is currently looking for a Team Administrator on a temporary basis for about 5 months.
Key responsibilities are as follows
First point of contact for applicants including email and phone cover.
Contacting all leads received from all advert sources
Managing, reviewing, and updating customers on application outcome
Ensuring applicants are invited to viewings in timely manner
Overseeing documents confirming receipt and as relevant missing documents
Answering all enquiries from applicants, providing updates where required
Monitoring Goodlord transactions and updating internal systems
Managing all lettings documents
Confirming monies transfer from Goodlord to correct account
Confirming all residents’ monies are moved to correct account
Providing all relevant moving information to residents
Referring applicants to IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) for SO assessment
Providing support for Team Coordinator as required
Covering Admin post as required
Attend onsite viewings as required
This role will be based in the office 5 days a week
Essential background
A consistent administrative background for at least 2 years
Good communicator
Able to start immediately or on short notice
