This is a great opportunity to join an International Consultancy as their Team Assistant based near London Bridge. This is an office based position, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week.
The successful candidate will have experience coming from a Professional Services or Consultancy or Engineering or Architecture background. You will enjoy working in a deadline/project driven environment, possess a flexible attitude and a keen eye for detail, and happy to turn your hand to whatever task is needed.
As an integral member of the support team your role will be varied and responsibilities include:
Supporting Market Sector Heads with diary and meeting management support
Liaising with employees, subconsultants and clients based in the UK and internationally
Project administration – creating and maintaining spreadsheets, systems and processes
Delivering chargeable project work where possible
Booking routine and complex travel and organising visas
Drafting documentation – contracts, reports, briefing papers and PowerPoint presentations
Attending meetings and taking notes
Managing office supplies and ordering stationery, kitchen equipment
Sharing receptionist duties with the rest of the administrative team, taking calls and meeting guests
Organising lunches for meetings; organising company and client hosting events
Assist the Marketing & Proposals Manager: tender documents, proof-reading, creating/updating employee professional CVs
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced team assistant who enjoys working in a professional and collaborative environment. If you have experience of proposals or PQQs this would also be useful, as would the knowledge of Visio and Adobe InDesign.
