We are recruiting several Team Leaders for a Flower packing site within walking distance of Spalding town centre.
Your duties will include the management of a line of workers ensuring that product is assembled within the correct specification. You must posses excellent communication skills and be a calm and methodical thinker.
Day and night shifts available with great career opportunities
