What you will be doing…
* Supporting our vision to transform the UK’s rest stop experience
* Delivering exceptional customer service and operational standards
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of colleagues
* Motivating and inspiring your team to be the best they can be
* Working with our fabulous partner brands including KFC, Greggs, Costa, M&S, Burger King and others
What you need…
* Experience of leading or supervising a team
* To be passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
* Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
* Plenty of energy and a sense of fun
