We are currently sourcing a Tea room Supervisor to join our friendly, eco-conscious and welcoming client based in rural West Oxfordshire.
As a Tea room Supervisor, your responsibilities will be:
* To support the Tea room Catering Manager in the running, organisation, and delivery of excellent catering service
* To help manage the Catering Team to ensure standards including food hygiene, customer service and health and safety are maintained
* In the absence of the Tea room Catering Manager, running the tearoom operation, preparing menus and ensuring stock control is correct
* Help to ensure the highest standard of food quality and presentation.
* To help ensure staffing levels are effectively managed
Skills required as Tea room supervisor:
* Experience working in a catering environment is essential
* A Food safety and hygiene certificate is essential
* Able to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Ability to work calmly under pressure
The details:
* Permanent position
* February, March & November – 3 days per week for 13 weeks
* April to October – Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm
* December & January 0 days per week
* £10.83 per hour
* Own transport is required due to the rural location
