Salary :

We are now looking for a Administrator to join the team, supporting the generation and delivery of test reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising internally with our test operations teams and project delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of their test report/project deliverables. This role involves writing test reports and collating/checking any necessary client data that is generated whilst testing is underway.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Production of test reports, assisting with writing/formatting/collating and checking of test data in line with internal company style guides.

* Managing and updating report templates as requested.

* Recording and reporting non-compliance information of business systems to appropriate line manager.

* Supporting LEAN/quality initiatives to improve workflow and business productivity.

* Any other duties which may be reasonably required to support project delivery and business performance.

Essential Criteria:

* Recent experience in a technical administration or technical project co-ordination role.

* The ability to quickly understand and utilise technical information.

* Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, specifically including Outlook, Word and Excel to a good level.

* Exceptional organisation skills, ability to multitask and prioritise workload based on business requirements.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients.

* Consistently delivers, plans for contingencies and looks for opportunities to improve service delivery.
