Technical Administrator
Location: Sandtoft, North-East Lincolnshire
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday
PAYE Rate: £13.60 p/h
Hours: 08:00-16:30
Igloo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical administrator for our client based in Sandtoft, Lincolnshire. Our customer is a large Automotive company who is a leading UK provider of technical solutions in the vehicle handling and preparation industry.
The Role:
* Creating jobcards for the Technical Department.
* Obtaining authority for warranty work to be completed.
* Processing of warranty claims in accordance with defined procedures by the manufacturer.
* Ensuring payments are received for warranty claims.
* Supporting the Damage Role as needed – during absence & peak periods.
* Completion of required reports within tight deadlines
* All manual and electronic filing are kept up to date and in line with 5’s standards.
* Review and improve processes to develop efficiencies
* Ah-hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager.
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Administration experience
* Very strong computer skills
* Strong communication skills.
* Vehicle Technical knowledge or the will to learn
