Technical Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £26000/annum
Technical Assistant needed in Northern Ireland working for a private label manufacturer of premium extruded snacks to support the Technical, Quality & NPD team.
£25,000 per annum
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and developing the Technical, Quality and NPD administration requirements.
* Management of complaints
* Management of product and packaging specifications
* Maintaining and completing traceability audits
* Organising sample lists for Laboratory Testing and help for Audits
* Maintaining Supplier Non-Conformance reporting and ensuring other departments involved report back in a timely fashion.
* Process control paperwork review
* Supplier approval information updates
* Preparing some of the basic info for reports for the Technical Manager and customers.
Requirements:
* Previous QA experience
* Proven Experience in a similar role/environment
* Understanding of HACCP
* Chemical Safety awareness
* Min BSc in Food related Degree
