Role: Technical Key Account Manager – Dairy and Grassland

Location: North Wales

As the Key Account Manager, you'll focus on sustainable agriculture, managing key projects and nurturing distributor relationships.

Experience in Grassland and Dairy is essential as you'll primarily work with farmers in these areas, with a focus on territory development.

Key duties:

Develop and prospect a new territory
Building new relationships with farmers
Develop and maintain key relationships with existing and prospective distributors
Provide support and advice enabling the distributor to sell and advise farmers on company products.
Encourage the distributor to actively market and sell company's own products.
Work with the distributor to tailor their range of company's products, positioning and marketing to match their local needs – farm type, local practice etc.
Work across key and existing projects to add value to farmers/clients
Horizon scanning – keeping up to date with/attending industry eventsEssentials experience:

Agricultural degree
Strong knowledge of Dairy & Grassland
Knowledgeable around soil health
Commercial experience, selling direct to farmers
FACTs qualified (desirable)Benefits:
