Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Our client is a highly successful Soft Fruit business, growing and packing a range of berries for the UK’s leading retailers.
Due to continued success, an opportunity has emerged to work as an internally-facing TECHNICAL MANAGER for this leading supplier. This is a vital role which will require a significant contribution to help successfully deliver the business objectives. You will work with the company crop management teams, agronomists and consultants in the development and implementation of technical policies to ensure they are fully aligned with current and future customer requirements. You will ensure that the company consistently deliver the highest levels of quality, food safety, legal compliance, agronomical innovation and environmental protection.
You will have come from a food science and agricultural background. You must be highly self-motivated and well-organised. You will have a very good working knowledge of a range of retailer protocols and BRC.
