A leading company in the Food Production sector is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join its team in Middlesex. This esteemed organisation is committed to exceeding customer expectations by delivering high-quality food products that meet or exceed all agreed internal or external specifications.
Skills required for the Technical Manager role:
– At least 5 years' experience in a senior technical position within high-care/high-risk Food Manufacture
– Comprehensive working knowledge of HACCP and BRC/Salsa Regulations
– Effective communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
– Strong leadership qualities, with experience in developing, motivating, and leading a team
– Detailed-oriented approach
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced literacy skills
– Experience with product scale-up, launch of multi-component products, and knowledge of product development
– Excellent project management, relationship building, and communication skills
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good knowledge and passion for food
– Numerate and analytical, with a knack for problem-solving
The Technical Manager will benefit from:
