They are experiencing a period of sustained growth and they are now looking to hire additional Technical Service Consultants to join their busy Public Sector team.

The Role
After a full training program where you will have the opportunity to get to grips with our unique in-house software, you will be part of a team configuring bespoke templates and distribution rules, in order to deliver complete document control for our public sector customers.

Key Objectives
· Using the toolkit provided to complete a project on-time and accurately, achieving a one hundred percent testing score
· Working efficiently to ensure the team collectively deliver its monthly targets
· Accurately testing your own work
Key Skills:

· Computer literacy
o Confident with the day to day use of Windows operating system
· Extremely strong attention to detail in:-
o Document formatting and design
o Assuring quality through thorough testing
· An ability to:-
o Quickly assimilate and retain new information
o Be open-minded and always be ready to adapt to new challenges
o Work efficiently, logically and to deadline
o Problem solve
o Thrive in a procedural driven environment
