One of the world’s most successful on-line luxury goods retailers is seeking a VIP, Executive Technical Support, Audio Visual Support Engineer, Media Support to be responsible for providing dedicated customer service & support to the VIP Executive Team based in UK Offices and working remotely. As part of this role you will also provide a dedicated Audio/Visual support function to business customers. You will own the Audio/Visual process end to end for meeting rooms, auditoriums and media displays in all London offices resolving issues quickly, documenting all elements of the function, providing coaching and training to customers and technical staff.
Main Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

> Support and operate our fleet of Cisco Video Conferencing rooms and Audio-Visual equipment; especially to run department events and global live streams.
> Provide responsive technical support on Microsoft AD, Windows 10, Mac OSX, Office 365 (strong focus on Outlook), Sharepoint, VPN, iOS, 2FA and MDM tools.
> Manage our digital signage fleet, printers, troubleshoot network issues.
> Support Network, Cyber Security, End User Computing and other teams on ad hoc requests and new features roll out (pilots programs, delivery to ExCo members).
> Edit video and presentation content. Producing kbases, procedures and guides. Search and study existing ones.
> Provide ongoing coaching and training to our customers to allow them make the most of our corporate technology.
> Cross-team liaison both internally and with external vendors/suppliers to ensure Executives related incidents and projects are handled with priority and that the customer is constantly updated as to progress.
> Take a pro-active interest in technological development and keeping up with latest industry developments, product releases and innovative new technologies with an eye on how they may facilitate improvements to either the Executives working practices or to the service we provide them and the rest of company.

# You know Windows 10, Outlook, iOS and Mac OS X inside out.
# You are a confident and proficient helpdesk agent, not because you have all the answers: you are good at searching them. Virtual machines, switches, access points, firewalls, VPN clients, video conference platforms, IOT.
# You are alert on what roles MDM, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Azure play in today’s organizations.
# You have a passion for fixing things: troubleshooting, component isolation and split search are the mission of your logical mind.
# You are genuinely curious to discover more, to fix more; that’s why you can navigate new knowledge domains and don’t feel out of place when trying to grasp new fields.
# You have experience with AV technologies or hobby in music / movie making, and you are not shy to go on stage while hundreds of people are watching
