Temporary CDP ( Chef de Partie )

We are recruiting for a new Chef de Partie to join our client in the Lincoln area on a Temporary basis during December, with a possibility of a Permanent contract. If you are looking for a good working environment with 8-10hr shifts then this company is worth considering.
The company can offer an hourly pay rate that is depending on experience but on an equivalent salary they are looking around £24k per year. Accommodation can be negotiated too for the right person. The 8-10hr shifts with a 5 out of 7 day working pattern is often unheard of in the industry as well, which is great for the work-life balance.
The company in question are by no means a fine dining establishment but one that would rather offer accessible, relevant cuisines to a wide audience.
You would be involved in contributing to the breakfast service for anywhere up to 100 covers on a buffet setup, lunches and evening covers up to 40-50 with dishes made to order, as well as banqueting functions for up to circa 100 covers.
Your shifts would either be a breakfast shift working through to lunch and evening prep, or you would work a lunch shift through to full evening service and clear-down.
If you're not working currently and are wanting to get started as soon as possible, the company can offer a temporary, weekly paid contract to hopefully become Permanent.
