Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10.41/hour
Our Client who cater for a multitude of accounts are seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors to be the primary internal point of contact for a defined customer base. Working in an office environment, supporting both the internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.
About the role
Monitoring multiple in-boxes resulting in a wide range of queries
Ensuring business process performance (e.g. accuracy, speed of execution, output quality etc.) is within acceptable parameters
Dealing with outside enquiries from customers in a timely and effective mannerAbout you
Experience in customer service administration
Excellent attention to detail
Accuracy
Experience working with Microsoft application suite (including Excel)
