As a Test Facilities Development Engineer, you will ensure that test cells are continually developed to support the evolving needs of the business to deliver optimal data quality, test automation and efficiency of testing. You will also integrate and develop test facility calculations and control functionality coded in the system.

Working with the wider team to identify solutions to enhance the development test facility.
Work with suppliers of equipment and instrumentation so the implementation meets or exceeds development requirements.
Developing and supporting systems to support development facilities and drive more efficient work practices.
Define and source systems replacement roll out as required to support facility and support Capital spend process.
Manage and maintain test cell systems software to appropriate levels.
To apply for this Test Facilities Development Engineer role, you will need a degree in a relevant or transferable discipline. You will also require the following:
A good understanding of computer system coding would be an advantage, e.g. Visual basic, C sharp.
Good team skills and communication across all tears of the business, engaging with the wider team, and suppliers to ensure we meet our internal customer requirements.
Ideally you will have come from an modern engine testing environment.
Experience with Sierra CP, AVL, Cambustion or ATI equipment, would be an advantage.
