We have an outstanding opportunity for Trainee Customer Services candidates to join J&R Food Services who are based in Clyst Honiton.
J&R Food Service who have been operating in Exeter are looking for new employees to join their Customer Service department
With over 30 years experience, supplying the hospitality industry throughout the South West for over 30 years, J&R Foods strive to deliver the best possible customer service at all times. They are looking for efficient, personable, and reliable candidates to take on the role of a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be trained in all areas of Customer Services, what it means, why it is needed and how to carry out, which will include:
Taking and making Telephone calls to Customers and Suppliers
Producing Order Cards & Purchase Orders
Answering Customer Queries
Producing Emails to Customers, Colleagues and Directors
What will you will be doing?:
Dealing with customer enquiries, queries and complaints by email and by phone
Logging information on to the in-house database
Organising the despatch of goods to customers
Skills & Experience required for this role:
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
A good keyboard skill for entering data
Able to stay calm and professional when busy and under pressure
Able to work independently and also proud to be part of a team
Whilst this is a 6 month placement there is potential for this position to become permanent!
