My client is an IT Recruitment business based in Cheltenham, focused on sourcing high-quality candidates for clients across the Nordics. They recruit cutting-edge technology positions within Cyber Security, Application Development and Data, striving to deliver a world-class service for innovative companies.
Due to continued success and client demand, they are now looking to hire IT Recruitment Consultants to join the team ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing, engaging and headhunting candidates, initially for the team’s clients
* Researching and developing your own customer portfolio (after 3-6 months’ training)
* Use a variety of online platforms to search for and pre-screen candidates
* Use our internal database to update registered candidates on new opportunities
* Coordinate interview processes and manage feedback
* Build your personal online-brand to become the go-to consultant in your market
* Planning and prioritising your days
Key Requirements:
* Minimum A-Levels or equivalent with strong grades
* Recruitment/sales/customer service, or University graduate looking for first career step
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Confident, honest, hardworking and reliable
* Resilient & self-driven – can you stay positive and focused after setbacks
* Organised with keen eye to detail
* Relationship builder – quickly build trust, and develop long lasting relationships
