This is a PERMANENT role based in Redditch offering a starting salary of £20,000 – £22,000 per annum.
The role is to support the sales department to achieve a high level of process accuracy/quality and provide the best positive customer experience.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
* Manage enquiries through the company info inboxes and handle telephone calls.
* Process sales orders.
* Create customer quotations.
* Liaise with the field sales team to provide internal info where appropriate.
* Create positive working relationships with other departments.
* Despatch administration, and liaison with goods-out team.
* Proactively liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules.
* Ensure professional service is delivered to reception visitors.
* Gain a good understanding of the product range.
* Be available and engaged with training opportunities.
* Ordering office supplies/uniform.
You will ideally have a minimum of one year administration/customer service experience OR have completed business admin at college and are looking for your first work placement.
