Role: TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Herefordshire
Salary: Extremely competitive
Hours: 8.30 am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Our client, a leading global medical company is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting and diverse role that requires someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to “think outside the box”
Key responsibilities:
* General office administration
* Assisting in the co-ordination and support of Training Courses.
* Assist in the writing of SOPs and reports
* Assist with the production and submission of tenders and proposals.
* Point of contact for answering and acting on requests from clients.
* Organise company events and outings when required
* Process event, training and equipment quotes/invoices/proformas on IT platforms
* Provide business support to meetings
* Assist with the production and submission of tenders and proposals
* Co-ordinate staff rotas
* Organise and co-ordinate travel arrangements.
Key skills required:
* Strong Administration experience
* Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office including Excel
* Data management / processing experience an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Strong numeracy skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
