THE LOCATION
Amersham (Parking will be provided) HYBRID / Hrs
Interested candidates must be able to bend to the needs of the business
However, after considering this … there is flexibility within the role to work 1 or 2 days from home per week if required.
This is a full time role, working 37.5hrs per week
THE ROLE
Training & Development Manager.
Heading up a small team of 3, you will be responsible for overseeing the Training & Development function for the organisation
Working in an extremely varied role, you will get involved in L & D strategies and generalist activities (must have experience in this area as well as other aspects of this role)
Heavily involved in training initiatives relating to online platforms and quality standards.
Overseeing and updating the Induction process
Overseeing the online training portal
Overseeing the design training delivery process
Review and streamline all L & D processes and programmes
Propose new training initiatives
Design new assessments and tools
Work closely with business leaders and managers to identify training needs throughout the organisation
MUST BE TECHNICALLY MINDED and used to L & D TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS and QUALITY STANDARDS (such as ISO standards)
MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO AMERSHAM EASILY (taking rush hour traffic into consideration)
