Travel Administrator
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £13 – £15/hour + 2 days remote working
IN HOUSE TRAVEL ADMINISTRATOR (TEMPORARY/INSIDE IR35)
Due to a substantial increase in business, this thriving, market-leading business is looking for an Inhouse Travel Administrator to join their well-established Burton On Trent based team on a temporary contract for approx 4 weeks.
Working 37.5 hours per week Mon – Fri, you will attract an attractive rate of £13-15 per hour (Umbrella) with flexible working times and 2 days remote working per work if desired.
The ideal candidate will need a good administrative background with a customer services bias and be able to work well under pressure.

The Role
Reporting to the Business Support Lead you will be part of a small specialist team, supporting the administrative and commercial aspects across the business.
Core duties:
* Coordinating inhouse travel for employees
* Liaising with an external Travel company for flights
* Coordinating in house booking system for hotels
* Coordinating in house booking system for taxis and car Hire/Van hire etc.
* Promptly answering emails, phone calls and planning responses
* Reacting to last-minute changes in travel plans and reviewing plans accordingly

The Person
The successful candidate will undoubtedly be a highly driven individual displaying functional excellence and a background in business administration.
You will be results driven with a confident and dynamic personality. Self-motivated you will pro-actively support existing systems. You will also display a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills at all levels.
Once again this excellent opportunity offers a temporary contract of approx 4 weeks with an hourly rate starting at £13-15 per hour (Umbrella) depending on experience for working 37.5 hours per week Mon – Fri. This contract falls inside IR35 regulations.
