The Role
We are delighted to be working with our local client, a successful tree surgery business who are seeking an Arborist / Climber to join their team. This is a fantastic role, generally working in a team of 2 on a council contract in London. You will start and finish your day at the company office on the outskirts of Haywards Heath. Responsibilities include:
All aspects of general Arborist work
Communicating with Tree Officers, General Public and Customers
Reporting any equipment and vehicle maintenance requirements to the workshop.
You must wear PPE at all times whilst working – onsite and in the yard.
Requirements
We expect the successful candidate to have experience working as an Arborist. You should be confident identifying risks and hazards and hold NPTC certificates. This will be a great role for someone who has a positive attitude and a good team spirit.
This role would suit someone who is a qualified Arborist, Arboriculturist, Tree Surgeon or Landscaper who has started their tree surgery training. You will need to have 3 years' climbing experience and a full UK driving licence.
