Trials and Innovation Technologist
Alexander Steele are recruiting a Trials and Innovation Technologist for a leading horticulture business based in Bedfordshire. You will play a crucial role in supporting the primary technical function of the business. The role holder will aim to maximise the company’s products whilst maintaining high quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing product data, coordinating technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product administration.
Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for all Innovation trials on New Science based products & processes.
* Analyse results and work with vase life teams to produce relevant reports and presentations.
* Develop and maintain direct and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the business.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams, to gather and update product information.
Background Experience:
* Agriculture/horticulture or related degree preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
What’s on Offer:
* Paying £28,000
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Onsite Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
