Due to business expansion, we have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Vehicle Fleet Administrator to join their Fleet Team based in Little Easton, Dunmow, Essex. This is an exciting, fast paced, and challenging opportunity to provide support and continued growth to an already established Team.
The Company:
Our client is a rapidly growing business, who have been providing Home to School Transport across the UK for children with special educational needs and vulnerable adults since 2001. The company is responsible for the home to school transport of over 6000 passengers daily all with varying needs, The Essex operation alone is responsible for over 3000 of these passengers. Vehicle Fleet Administrators Role
· Organising Vehicle Repairs and MOT’s
· Ensuring all vehicle records are accurate and up to date on our internal systems
· Co-ordinating with drivers daily
· Reporting accidents and insurance claims
· Managing keys and allocation to drivers
· Liaising with Company car drivers with regards to vehicle audits
· Vehicle off the road repair delays and follow through
· Liaising with garages & suppliers and booking in vehicles for MOT’s, Services and Testing
· Making sure all vehicles are inspected to ensure they are fully equipped and meet the required standards
· Managing all the calls and Emails into the Fleet Department
Fleet Administrator Requirements
* Confident and Self Motivated
* Administrational knowledge
* Previous experience in Vehicle Fleet preferred.
* Able to work in a fast paced sometimes pressured environment
* Good communication skills written and face to face
* Good Management and Organisational Skills
* Proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data and generating reports
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident and Assertive and be able to communicate at all levels
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Knowledge and understanding of vehicles and vehicle maintenance
