As a Corporate Administrator & Vehicle Progressor you will be responsible for the tasks and activities to ensure a vehicle is ready for delivery or collection to meet the service level agreements set by our National, Broker and Local Business accounts and meeting Inchcape and the OEM compliance standards.
You should thrive in a time sensitive high tempo working environment, have a professional manner and willing to be an exceptional team player.
The position of Corporate Administrator requires the individual to be meticulous with detail, have an ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
Job role and responsibilities
* Managing storage across the compounds
* Liaise with Storage yard personnel.
* Manage and track stock vehicle locations.
* Key security & missing Keys
* Warranty work – Progress Chasing
* Marine claims – Identify and Progress Chasing
* Ensure cars are quality checked by 15.00 on the day before delivery.
* Liaise with 3rd part delivery agents
* Delivery pack management
* Dealer fit options
* Progress chasing
* ECM / BCA Transport notifications
