Our client is a well-established and highly successful dealership, looking for an effective and efficient Vehicle Technician/ Service technician / Mechanics to join their prestige dealership, this is a Full Time / Permanent vacancy.

Your duties as a VehicleTechnician/ Service technician / Mechanics will include:
* Perform maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on the full range of Vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time management
• Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment, to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers repair and warranty methods
• Utilise company and manufacturer systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out
• Complete manufacturer training modules as required to ensure your knowledge and understanding of the product is maintained to the required level
• Maintain your work area to company standards, especially to ensure safety of all team members
To be considered for this varied and rewarding role as a VehicleTechnician/ service technician / Mechanics you must be able to demonstrate not only advanced technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (either NVQ, IMI or C&G) but also the capability to represent our business professionally and to maintain our highest levels of customer service.
Skills/Qualifications required for the VehicleTechnician /service technician / Mechanics role:
* Certified Technician (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI or equivalent to Level 2 or 3)
* Manufacturer Service / Diagnostic Technician
* Experience of working as a vehicle technician;
* Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment;
* Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electronic components;
* Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment;
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team;
* Full, valid driving licence.
* Ability to work under pressure;
