Red are looking for a passionate Venue Manager to lead the team at this well-established venue in the heart of Cardiff. The right candidate will lead by example, be highly motivated, skilled in bars/clubs and be passionate about the sector. This unique and special club is situated in the heart of Cardiff’s nightlife and is a popular destination, providing glamour, style and opulence to the city’s nightclub scene. What are they looking for in the Venue Manager?
They are looking for a forward-thinking Venue Manager, who delivers standards of excellence during their day-to-day operation of business, utilising various revenue streams and creative influences.
You must hold a personal licence
Experienced in forecasting a healthy balance sheet and strategy to exceed financial budgets
Sound understanding of both digital and offline marketing
A natural leader with a passion to teach and develop those around you
An excellent understanding of current trends and creative initiatives
Well presented, professional and a good communicator
Late night venue/nightclub experience is a must
This is a full time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration
