Wait Staff/ Waiting Staff member  -brewery

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff member  with proven experience in hospitality to join an expanding and successful micro- brewery that is opening a new pub in the Tottenham area. The ethos of the independent brewery is to provide a chilled out, informal, high- quality and relaxing vibe for its clientele and a working environment that is professional, fun, and friendly. This is a full-time post where flexible evening and weekend work will be required. The salary is 22 k for 45 hours. Part -time option is availale at 14 k  for 30 hours. 

The Role of the Waiter/Waitress 

You will be waiting on clients, taking their food orders and  ensuring quality customer service and an offering that ensures the highest level of comfort, enjoyment and safety for the clientele and staff teams.  We are looking for someone with initiative, motivation, strong organisational skills, with a strong customer experience focus and an absolute passion for all things food and entertainment.

Main Accountabilities for the Waiter/Waitress/Waiting Staff Member 

Waiting on clientele and delivering fantastic customer service 
Friendly personality with a desire to engage with customers 
A passion and focus to drive sales throughout the shift 
Qualifications & Experience for the Waiter/Waitress/Waiting Staff member 

Strong initiative and self -motivation
Experience of events desirable but not essential
Strong hospitality background and experience in similar role desirable 
Calm under pressure
Client focused with commitment to premium customer experience
Commitment to ensuring the workplace is safe and enjoyable 
Experience with Epos, deliveries and stock taking
Food hygiene and health and safety experience
An interest to know more about craft beers and microbreweries
Desire to pursue a career in hospitality where you will be supported with your training and development
