Interaction Hospitality is looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join an excellent restaurant in a luxury hotel. This role would suit an experienced Waiter/Waitress who has patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this position. Michelin or Rosette experience would be desirable, but all relevant training will be given.
About you:
Hold previous experience in a high-end restaurant/brasserie
Have hands on experience with till/ordering system
Possess excellent presentation skills
Have strong organisational & multi-tasking skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
The role:
Be able to provide seamless service in luxury setting
Be able to relay menu information to the guest
Offer menu recommendations upon request & be able to up sell products
Be able to communicate orders clearly to chefs
Take accurate food & drink orders using a POS ordering system
You must have a big personality as this role is very demanding and requires an outgoing attitude
