Hours- Day and Evening Shifts available
Previous experience desirable
Expectations
Provide impeccable customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of bars and front of house areas, maintaining a polished and inviting ambiance.
Take orders and serve a wide range of beverages and refreshments
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest journey, from arrival to departure.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Uphold a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a vibrant team culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of personal presentation.
A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
