Job Overview:

SNS Recruitment is recruiting for motivated and reliable waiting staff to join our team for temporary positions. As a member of the waiting staff, you will provide excellent service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. The role requires flexibility as working hours may vary depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

* Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner

* Ensure all customer requests are met promptly

* Assist in setting up and clearing tables

* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations

* Handle cash and card payments accurately

* Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards

* Work well with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

* Assist with any other duties as required by the client

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a waiting staff or customer service role is desirable but not essential

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Must be punctual and reliable
