Salary : £22500/annum company bonus

Job Title: Trials and Seed Despatch Operative (12 Month FTC)
Location: Rothwell, Lincolnshire
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5pm, however due to the seasonal nature of the work, overtime will be required at peak periods.
Salary: 22,500 per annum

We are keen to hear from applicants with previous warehouse experience who can carry out processing/warehousing/field activities conforming to the standards set by the Company and legal bodies.

You must have your own vehicle due to site location.

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

* Working to a high standard, carry out the efficient operation of processing machinery and
warehousing facilities to meet company requirements.
* Carry out the accurate completion of all administration documents.
* Preparing goods for despatch and completing relevant paperwork.
* Ensure work conforms with all internal and external health and safety standards.
* Ensure that warehouse hygiene standards are always maintained.
* Any field work required by the role.
* Carry out any other tasks that may be required.

Person Specification:

* Clean, full UK driving licence
* Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck licences required.
* Agricultural background or knowledge desirable.
* Mechanical aptitude and experience in operating machinery is not essential as full training will be given.
* Proactive and self-managing of time and duties.
