Warehouse Operative – Morning Shift

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work earlies in Basingstoke.
The rate of pay is £9.15 to £12.00 per hour, rising to £14.11 per hour including a bonus for performance after 12 weeks.
This is a full-time role and the hours of work are 6am to 2pm.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative at this site you will use mechanical handling equipment to transport products to the assembly areas. Your duties will include:
– Operate a low level order picker (LLOP)
– Use an arm-mounted computer to pick items for orders
– Assemble items from pallets
– Load items onto roll cages
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Warehouse Operative can work accurately and meet targets. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role is performance-based, so experience of working as a Warehouse Operative would be ideal; however, full training will be provided.
Each worker is expected to achieve a minimum of 100% weekly performance after 6 weeks.
You should have basic numeracy, literacy and computer skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and Health & Safety would be beneficial in this role.
