Salary : £26800/annum Bonus Scheme

Warehouse Operative – Team Leader
37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday working the following pattern:
Monday – 12:45 pm until 10.00 pm with 45 minutes unpaid break (split into a 30 minutes and a 15 minute break)
Tuesday to Thursday – 1.45 pm until 10.00 pm with 45 minutes unpaid break (split into a 30 minutes and a 15 minute break)
Friday – 3.00 pm – 10.00 pm with a 30 minute unpaid break
Responsibilities
Perform the role of Warehouse Operative to the highest standards. Ensure all team members follow all processes/procedures correctly and feedback to supervisors on potential improvements points
Health and safety
* Ensure colleagues are following guidelines and wearing/using correct equipment and clothing
* Ensure all MHE checks are completed daily
* Complete area readiness checklist daily
* Report accident and near misses to Team Manager and QHSE Team Manager
* Deliver a safe working culture in your area
People Management
* Report any issues affecting staff planning such as unexpected absence
* Allocation of people to task
* Monitor hourly performance
* Identify training needs
* Facilitate with the achievement of goals
* Raise any concerns with supervisor in relation to attendance
* Report progress updates, key achievements, and any concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor
* Act as the team expert and provide training support and be the first point of contact for queries from colleagues
* Induct new staff and feed-back on performance to Supervisors
* Identify Talent
* Carry out daily briefings with your team discussing daily performance kpi’s
* Suggest ideas for improvements to Supervisor
* Display a professional behaviour- acting as a role model at all times

* Collecting and/or expediting products for customer placed orders
* Picking and Packing
* Taking care of a clean and safe workplace
* Meeting Kramp Quality standards
* Meeting relevant KPI's
