Clarkson Owens are excited to be working on a new role with a major financial organisation. This is a brilliant opportunity to get exposure to the full business and their high net worth clients. In this role you will be handling specialist complaints from clients who have over £1,000,000 invested in the organisation. These complaints can take up to two weeks to solve, involving a large amount of investigative work. Whilst investigating the issue you will be reaching out to a number of stakeholders within the business, including wealth managers, financial planners and directors to find the true reasoning behind the issue. This role will not deal with inbound calls, you will be in charge of reaching out to clients and keeping them up to date with the status of your investigation.
This role will deal with complaints arising from clients investments, mortgages, credit etc. Due to the variety of issues that you may be dealing with they are looking for someone who can display that they are able to effectively communicate with clients, this may also be their representatives e.g. lawyers, financial planners. They are also looking for someone who can collate information to produce a concise report on their findings and what can be done to resolve it. You will be part of a small team, so will receive extensive coaching and development.
This role is based in their Canary Wharf offices.

To be successful in this application you will have experience dealing in the financial sector, and have an understanding of investments/ pensions/ mortgages or similar. Having professional qualifications from the CII, CISI etc will enhance your application.
