More about you:

You won’t necessarily have experience in this sector, as we recognise that transferrable skills and experience are just as valuable. We are specifically looking for candidates with the right skills and attitudes, who will demonstrate and promote our values of caring by nature, working better together and thinking for tomorrow.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

If you don’t tick every box above, don’t worry – however there are a few essential requirements of the role which you’ll need to fulfil in order for us to take your application further:

· You must have the right to work in the UK – unfortunately we are unable to sponsor visa applications.

· You will need to have a ‘can-do’ attitude, at times rolling up your sleeves to help your team to get stuff done. No two days are the same in supported housing, and flexibility is the key!

· You’ll need a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) at the Enhanced level – don’t worry, we will pay for this and any subsequent renewals. We may still be able to consider applications from candidates who have disclosures on their file – please contact us to discuss this.

· You should be able and willing to work flexibly across similar Care & Support services (transport costs reimbursed) in support of colleagues elsewhere – remember, this works both ways!
