Job Title: Weekend Chef – Nursing Home
Location: Gosport
Hourly Rate: £11.50 (£253 per week, £13,156 per year)
Working Hours: Saturdays and Sundays (22 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Meal Planning and Preparation: Design balanced, nutritious meals catering to residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
Cooking and Presentation: Cook and present meals in an attractive manner, considering portion control and proper temperature.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food inventory levels while minimizing waste.
Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the care team and communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
