Job Title Part Time Receptionist
The Opportunity
Award winning Suffolk hotel collection is seeking a part time receptionist.
The role requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, a great telephone manner and the ability to welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Staff accommodation can be provided for the right candidate within walking distance of the hotel.
The role

Part of a team of 4 reception staff you will be reliable, organised and enjoy working with the public
*
This front facing role needs an individual who is of smart & tidy appearance
*
Shifts are: 6.30am – 2.30pm / 9.00 – 5.00pm / 3.00pm – 11.00pm
*
Will require working across two of the collections sites
*
Checking guests in / out using the companies booking system
*
Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and transferring calls to the relevant department
*
Administrative duties as directed by Front of House Manager
